Corporate Connection Program

Purpose

The Corporate Connection Program connects employees with each other and their community. By participating in customized team work experiences, employees have the opportunity to form relationships and further develop teams while providing a valuable community service.

How Can My Company Benefit?

Volunteerism is the easiest and most effective way to show that your company care about the community and its employees. A survey of companies that encouraged volunteerism found that:

  • 94% reported improved staff morale
  • 85% felt that employees had acquired new skills
  • 51% saw increased productivity of work teams
